I think the raid was made available too soon. Only people able to put in massive hours are raid ready, and by next week no one will want to do the raid without knowing or telling people how to do it. This ruins the opportunity to experience the raid for the first time without someone telling you exactly what to do.

While I had a lot of time to play this week, and got to raid yesterday, I agree with you.

I took the week off to do power Lv and do the raid. Got it done and some of our team were under Leveled.

Deej - "Well done design team- they beat it in two hours with no clue what to do!" Team - "Yesssss!!" - applauding and some of the highest fives you've ever seen - Deej - "Sit back for another year guys. You done real good" New guy - "Should I get back on to nerf plans? Gjallarhorn maybe?" Deej - "No! We want to leave it as powerful as it is now. It's useable. JUST" New guy - "seriously?" Everyone - " 😀😀😀😀😀 NO! 😀😀😀😀😀" - everyone laughs and they all pat each others backs. One person pops the cork on some fine champs and they all raise their glasses. - Everyone - "To Us!!" - they all drink and laugh. While Deej stands in the corner watching with a gentle tear in his eye...- Deej - "I'm literally a -blam!-ing rock star"

2 RespuestasI do agree some people have taken a week off just to get up there now say theirs nothing to do. Silly people take it at your own place back in year one it took me like a month and a half to get raid ready I was only just doing strikes when queens guard came out their is no need to rush.

Editado por Reshsafari: 9/24/2016 4:54:27 PMThen do the raid next week with people who haven't

They need to start designing LFR spec raid mode. Definitely shouldn't drop highest light level but at the very least give players the opportunity to see the raid. I'm sure the team that put the effort into creating the raids would much rather have their efforts be seen by the people playing the game rather than their efforts only being seen by a small percentage of the player base. I've been able to pin point exactly where my interest in this game begins to plummet. The moment I have to verbally communicate with other players. There's always an argument, there's always someone slinging slurs. I don't care if I would sit at 350 light for the rest of the expansion if I could raid without having to listen to those people.

I'm not sure I understand. If some people have completed it this week instead of maybe next week if they released it, then it would ruin the experience for you? Or do you mean, that until you feel you are ready to raid they should release it? Or when do you think is a good time?

2 Respuestas100% agree. I love the rush of leveling up, but my raid group have busier lives than I and need those two weeks we've had before to get ready. Now, I don't want to be left out in the snow, so I'm gonna find a way into the raid, because if I don't it's going to be all over the Internet in the next two days. I had 0 chance to be the first to do anything because my mates aren't ready this quick. And they don't want to hear it all from me either. My absolute BEST memory was starting Crota's raid the evening it came out, and spending two hours figuring out the thrall tunnels, finding doors with chests, reviving each other constantly, one manning a horde for ten seconds just in time to revive someone else, alternating superstar, getting to the next pillar thinking we were finally able to reset. In two days I knew how to beat the bridge and Crota. In a week we knew how to cheese the bridge. Looks like I won't have that moment again.

2 RespuestasA fair point. It dropped Tuesday, was off work Wednesday (working sat ) and got a good 5 hours in and another 4 in the evening, managed 2 hours last night and won't be on again til Sunday evening. I'm a dad of three small kids, only play twice a week in the evenings, I managed to get to 350 but it'll be another two weeks before I'm 360 I guess. Hopefully my small yet talented clan will bring me on Sunday. They cleared the raid Friday :-) No clan? No chance unless you get lucky and find a decent chill group of randoms

It honestly isn't hard. The hardest part is the siege engine and the final boss. (Hopefully your light is 365+ by then)

1 RespuestaYep lfg is already flooded with "must be experienced". Just ridiculous. On a side note the raid doesn't look to hard though, just very communication heavy.
-
8 RespuestasSide note. Is anyone else really struggling to level up? Nothing is dropping for me above 351, and I'm already 351.
-
No kidding. I'm still going to do the raid blind. I jumped in solo and started solving the first step by myself just for fun.
