Um, no.
There was a protest in response to the killing of Keith Lamont Scott, a disabled 42 year old black person, who was supposedly holding a gun but was actually holding a book. Police were also at his house looking for someone else, but as far as I can tell from these reports he had not broken a single solitary law.
A civil disobedience protest broke out in downtown Charlotte where they briefly blocked the I-85 highway and flooded the hotel lobby of the Omni Hotel. Police were dispatched in riot gear, storming the crowd and fired tear gas and smoke grenades to disperse the crowd.
One protester, Justin Carr, was then shot in the head by police, a pastor who witnessed the scene, stated that it was clearly police who shot him without provocation.
Hey, all I'm doing is posting based on reports, draw your own conclusions.

He was committing a felony by having a gun in the first place, and was even holding a gun when he was shot. By the way, both the cop and the guy who got shot were black.

I'm going to look at the video and tell you he was HOLDING A GUN, the police say they RECOVERED A GUN, in the video the cop repeatedly tells him to DROP THE GUN. The man is shot and in the video you see an officer picking up a gun out of his hand. Young black men are stripping white men and beating them, placing white men next to the fires they created, and destroyers cars and businesses. But hey, I'm just going off videos and reports
