Can anyone tell me why "I am not worthy" when trying to finish the Archons Forge? My buddy is getting gear and I can't get the 2 victories I need to finish Shiros bounty

I think you mean boons, not victories. During the fight when the alarm goes off one of the cages will open and you have to shoot the siva cluster in there to destroy it. When you do that you will be worthy and granted an axe.

You mean the iron bounties? Read it's description. For me it's captains and shanks. So when you get an offering examine it in your inventory and it will tell you what it spawns. It would be faster just to camp the forge and hope someone else has the offering you need. If it's not that then I don't know how to help you lol.
