4 RespuestasIf I could downvote on the app, I would. It literally gives you a 0.001 second increase in recovery whether you run max recovery or not. Also, the perk doesn't even proc with ionic blink. Get your facts straight.

I feel like stormtrance is already filthy, it would have been MUCH better if it actually caused health to regenerate immediately after using blink eg. when you regenerate after a kill with red death. Ionic blink already makes you harder to kill....

It would say ionic blink, not blink if that were the case. Also it would state that it gives health recovery. From my understanding the helmet was originally supposed to make blink as it was before the nerf in year 1.

I don't think people are expecting it to be OP. They're just expecting it to be noticeably useful, which is fair for an exotic.

I don't have it yet, so I have a question about its perk. Does it make you start to recover immediately after blinking or just recover faster in general after blinking

1 RespuestaThey still ruined it, original perks would have been better regardless. I understand the nerf in a way but they should have done something different...maybe unlock a node or decrease cool downs like hunter chest piece. Cant justify wearing it at all unless its for fashion only.
