I prefer the auto fire and perfect balance on the voc. Never really cared for the abyss defiant and now that insanely fast, low impact ARs are decent I prefer the epilogue.
Praedyths timepiece is insane. It's a matter of opinion but I'll take it over the Edict any day

You prefer, and that it doesn't mean it's better. Full auto is useless on VoC. It doesn't make it a "better" weapon. Same with zen moment since the stability is already good, especially with perfect balance. Field scout was nerfed, so the only good perk is perfect balance. Fang has spray and play, which is useful for both PvE and PvP. Third eye, VERY useful in PvP and you can choose between perfect balance and high caliber rounds (also good for both PvE and PvP). Oh and it has the hive major damage perk, which is way more useful than the oracle damage perk that VoC has. Fang is better.

Every scout rifle aficionado I play with prefers Fang. I don't. I'm more of a pulse rifle and hand cannon fancier. Since you insist on Fang being better, I'll have to deny Black Hammer from its now formerly better status. It sucks now, and while I was willing to overlook this as it used to be the best non exotic sniper in the game...I no longer do so.
