Still cannot preorder
It won't let me pre order still I got the 30$ credit from GameStop and I'm worried I won't be able to play plus I want the pre order bonuses what is going to happen??

Same here...Open up Destiny and click the yellow hammer next to the tower, choose purchase, and get "query failed could not establish connection to the Xbox games store. New purchases will update when you next sign in."

Use the Xbox.com website? Pretty easy to purcahse it through there. Just make sure you login with your account first.
