You also realize how many people would probably call to say "this class is op, nerf it", "I didn't get my NTTE gun and i did all the steps," etc..ya know things that can easily be looked up?
It'd be nice and all for them to have a customer support number (mainly for those that purchase through the Bungie store) but a customer support number wouldn't change automated/ "by the book" responses.

I would just like to identify the problem and have it fixed. Someone at Bungie should be able to pull the errors coming from my guardians to help find what servers need to be fixed.

You aren't really even connected to [u]their[/u] servers most of the time. It's mainly P2P based, so most connection issues usually are on the host's end, or our end. Are you running your tests while Destiny is running?! That's the sure way to get accurate info.

I have the PS4 turned on with Destiny loaded, guardian loaded and landing on planet and enter an event while I monitor the data usage as well as the TCp and UDP ports. I then check IP addresses and locations such as time sync servers and other servers when I am changing weapons and making modifications to my guardians. Any specific suggestions you would like me to do?

Any packet loss? Ping? Latency? Only reason I asked if you were was because you didn't really specify you ran your tests while the game was running in your original post.

I have run the tests while Destiny is loaded and I am actively playing. There was no loss running different sizes of packets during a ping test, 100% throughput and no loss for the internet to google dns or to the playstation.
