Literally just buy whichever one has the games you like. I don't see why you think asking outside people to influence your decision will get you anywhere. Let's use a hypothetical. You're really interested in Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, and God of War 4. But, you don't know whether you should make the jump or not. So, you ask the forum. Players will vote whatever console they own(especially if you provide no further information, such as, current console, interests, etc.), and this forum is majority Xbox, so Xbox wins. But wait! In this hypothetical, no Xbox One games hold your interest. So you buy the Xbox one because an irrelevant poll told you to. And now you regret it. TL;DR: These polls are useless, even more so when you don't provide any further information other than "which should I buy?" Buy the damn console that has exclusives you prefer.

1 RespuestaI -blam!-ing HATE the DS4 controller. Hate it. Feels flimsy and the ergonomics are shit. Also, why do they stick with that shitty analog stick placement? Feels wrong every time I use it. That alone is enough for me to go with Xbox, since most of the games I own aren't exclusives. Shit, most of the games everyone owns aren't exclusives, so I have no idea why that's even part of the argument. No Man's Sky blows, Uncharted is good, Last of Us is barely an exclusive anymore because it's just a remastered on the PS4, and Gran Turismo is delayed AF. None of them are worth getting a console over, IMO. They're great (mostly) single player games that have little replay value. Also, does Sony have their heads up their asses? Trying to compete with PCs using inferior tech and barring mods in the same week. How does that even make sense? Why I own XB1: Better online service Better controller Backwards compatibility Cheaper Mod support

Depends on which one your friends own. If you do get an XB1, you can friend me. GT is TheRealNeal99

2 RespuestasEditado por Psychic Donuts: 9/18/2016 3:39:30 PMThere are a lot of fanboy idiots coming here saying that it is definitely one or the other. It isn't. Both are very well built and are very good consoles. I play on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. I own each because they all have games or features that I want. If you truly need to choose, you need to weigh everything that the two boxes provide against each other. Only you can answer which one you should buy. When you do choose which one, don't act like you pledged your alliegence to Microsoft or Sony. You merely gave them $200 of your money. Preferences are great and are part of life but acting like once you've bought a gaming console that the competitors are your sworn enemies is just dumb.

If you're just gonna buy the regular one get the ps4. The new model of the regular one is pretty nice.
-
If I were to buy one now it would be an xbox, because the base model is cheap or you can get the one s. Otherwise I'd wait for the pro for ps4.
-
I bought both to avoid being locked out of exclusives. Since PS4 is the better machine, I buy every non-exclusive on it for the better experience. When or if Scorpio comes out and tops Sony, I'll buy every non-exclusive game on it for the better experience and so forth. If that's not the smartest thing to do then I don't know what is.
-
I would give the ps4 pro a chance if you don't have a ps4 or if you really can't wait for the Scorpio. I wouldn't get a ps4 now when there's a good upgrade coming out soon. I haven't used an Xbox one so I wouldn't know about that

Editado por SpongyMallard7: 9/18/2016 3:28:50 AMBuy based off of this few things. 1. Which one do you actually like more?. 2. Where are most of your friends? Odds are that if you play with friends online, you will have more fun and play games longer, thus saving money. 3. Which exclusives you like and/or exclusives that will be released later. It's best not to make a choice for a product that costs anywhere from $200-$400 just because someone said you should, because they like it more.

9 RespuestasXbox has better exclusives, controller, and live service.

Buy whichever one you have the most friends on. But if you plan on buying any elder scrolls or fallout games, go with the Xbox One.
-
I've played both, preferred the Xbone. I like te controller better, as well as the UI. Plus it helps that I'm a Halo fanboy, even with the franchise in its current state. Disclaimer: I am horribly biased towards Xbox.
-
35 RespuestasI have both and PS4 is hands down better. Anyone who says otherwise clearly doesn't have a PS4.

2 RespuestasYou are on a forum formerly dedicated to an XBOX exclusive franchise. What do you expect?
-
That depends on a lot of things.
-
Just play with the one where most of your friends on.
-
Go with whatever your friends are on, and if that is negligible then get an xbox.
-
I'd say neither. Wait for Neo or Scorpio.

6 RespuestasX box. It's all opinions, but I like the UI way better on x box, the controllers, the exclusives. Also if you like Bethesda games you'll want x box for the mods. On top of that x box live is smoother and more reliable than psn

Do you like playing with friends? If so then pick the one your friends play on. Do you like games that are exclusive to a certain console? Pick that one then. Are you incapable of deciding anything for yourself without help from the Internet? Do nothing because there is a high chance you'll be disappointed with the decision.
