First off Good "insert appropriate time of day here."
I have been having some trouble and I was hoping someone could give me a hand. so here is the issue.
I Pre-Purchased RoI though the X-box store on my xbox one console, and when I navigate to the RoI expansion pack in the Xbox store it says purchased and installed. However when I try to watch the Prelude cinematic it says requirements not met.
If I select the cinematic anyway it gives me the option to Purchase the expansion or to enter a code. When I hit Purchase it gives me a notification
"QUERY FAILED
Could not establish a connection to the Xbox Games Store. New Silver Purchases will be updated when you next sign in."
First I double checked my network, it was fine. next I checked my Xbox Live subscription, and its up to date. I confirmed that I had purchased RoI in the store. Then I signed out then back in to my profile, it had no effect. Then I restarted my xbox, again no effect the same with a hard restart.
My biggest concern is that if it doesn't recognize my purchase now that I might not be able to play on the 20th. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

4 RespuestasIt's because you don't technically have access to the Rise of Iron until it comes out. It should work as intended on the 20th.
