I'm hopping the next thing with the cabal is the psyions rebelling as well as a huge flood of high level cabal

I do think that the message to the Emperor is a very big deal and should be noted. I personally think it is such a big deal that my money is on the Cabal kicking things off in D2. Unless of course the darkness plays a major role in the start of D2. The art leak for D2 hinted at a darkness theme.
