Tha Jabba The Hut thing from DS2. He poses no threat unless he rolls over onto you and even then it is really easy to doge.

The lore behind him is pretty funny. There was this one guy who was in love with that severed head snake lady. So he decided to gorge himself to get her attention, senpai didn't notice him so he started gorging himself more and more until he became the slug monster we all know and love. He's kinda like a failed Aldrich.
