$40. And that's a terrible way to look at it. Lower price means it's isntantly bad? Ridiculous. If anything a lower price point should be more incentive to buy it. That means you are getting a more fair price for the content available. Much better than the many games releasing nowadays that give far less content than what a $60 price tags should justify. $40 for a 10-12 hour game (according to the creator, but then again he also said metro is prime would only be an 8 hour game and that was 20+) is well worth it, so long as the game play is good. Plus, banjo kazooie is a much loved series. Even if nuts and bolts isn't the best, its still a good game. A good little game to get for free.
