Please, STOP NERFING THORN.
Ok, the initial 2 nerfs were needed, but since TTK the DoT is too low. Now you took down also the range.
Thorn is an exotic, it is OBVIOUS for it to be way more powerful than a legendary in some way. The thing that made it powerful was the mark of the devourer, but now it is useless: its damage is WAY too low and it doesn't last enough.
Please do not post salty comments. This is my opinion, you aren't forced to agree

So put your biased opinion away and remember how it was before when thorn could outgun a scout rifle. That being said I will admit that the dot from mark is extremely low, and it might need another look at but the nerf to range was necessary.
