All these -blam!-ing people saying they've never broken anything or "I learned to value my items" are stupid as hell. When you get really mad at a game sometimes you gotta release it on something... I've never reached the point of breaking anything but I have thrown my share of controllers.

Just like any other electronic device, you can turn it off. I've never broken anything from "rage" because I'm not a -blam!-ing child with zero self-control. If you get that mad over a video game, then you might have some growing up to do.

  • Coming from the forum wide known child this is quite the irony. When I get mad i don't cry and give up and I've never broken anything like you said. Some people just get angrier than others, trying to act all high and mighty "cuz I never get mad at video games and I am an mature person".

If anything, I'm the one making the little kiddos cry. Kiddos just like you. Tell me, what's the point in getting mad over a video game? What personal satisfaction do you get from breaking something that you will only have to spend money to replace?

  • I don't break anything I've said it twice now. The fact that you're saying I make kiddos cry makes me assume you're probably between 13-17 at most

What's the point in getting mad over a video game? What personal satisfaction does someone get from breaking something that they will only have to spend money to replace? The questions were not directed towards you. They were more like general questions that can be directed towards anybody with anger management issues. Don't get so defensive. And just for the record, I'm much older than 17. High school, class of 2004. University, class of 2008. Try again little kiddo. You know what they say about assuming. Except you're not making an ass of me, you're just making an ass of yourself.

  • There isn't a point you dolt. It happens because people get mad at things faster than others. Not everyone has the same carbon copy emotions as you. Why would I want to get mad on purpose.

Why would I want to get mad on purpose.[/quote] You can call me a "dolt" if that's how you want this discussion to go, but just remember the original point of my post was to point out there is no justifiable reason to break something over a video game. Since we have established that there is no point, why break something over a video game? Why can't people learn that there's a little button on electronics that allow you to turn the device off. It's like people getting mad on the Internet. It's -blam!-ing stupid to get pissed off when you can just turn off your phone or computer. Your console is no different. If you're getting frustrated, just turn the damn thing off. Don't get mad and throw a tantrum like a child. You argued that, "all these -blam!-ing people saying they've never broken anything", or, "I learned to value my items" are stupid as hell. Really, what's so stupid about valuing what you have? The way you approached this discussion, you sound like a spoiled little brat who has no concept of the value of a dollar. You make it sound like mommy and daddy bought everything for you growing up. Even if you did grow up having everything you wanted, you should still value and respect what you do have.
