This won't happen, here's why: Bungie has release statements regarding why they got rid of elemental primaries. Players would ONLY use the small handful of elemental primaries. There was a serious lack of variety (on the players choice). This is completely true, with me especially. I would literally ONLY use fatebringer, VoC, and word of Crota. Why ever use a kinetic primary when you could use an elemental? I miss my fatebringer so much. But now I cycle 10-12 different primaries each week (not counting exotics). And I'm enjoying the primary game sooooo much more. I actually look at rolls on all primaries instead of deleting immediately because it wasn't an elemental.
