Did i cheat?
I joined a friend in pvp mid match and got put on the other team, he was doing the first curse quest (7 headshot with common handcannon in 1 pvp match), i found him and repeatedly let him kill me with it so he could finish his quest (which he did). Is that cheating or naw?

It's not really cheating because hypothetically your doing exactly what the quest is telling you..

It's an easy quest... got it in my first match. I wouldn't say you cheated, but it wasn't necessary.

Every time I see people use it I let them kill me, I did it in two matches myself my I can see how it could be seen as difficult

Nah it's an extremely hard quest. Forget about it.

Pretty common practise... Most people go in to classic rumble and do it in like 2 mins.

Boosting is cheating like taking a train is driving. Boosting isn't cheating, it's more like being a wingman, and the only people it's hurting are those who take Crucible way more seriously than it deserves.

I consider boosting a low form of cheating. I'm not gonna block you or anything but I will voice disapproval.

1 RespuestaWell, we are talking about destiny, so I wouldn't consider it cheating. It's near impossible to do those quests when you suck at crucible, or everyone is using OP guns while you get put on the worst team possible, and that's why I can't get the chaparone, oh and the BS death screws up your progress, now that pisses me off.

Boosting. But at least you didn't cheat yourself out of the achievement, just a friend ;) Honestly, I kid... play how you like, you helped a friend, which is good. So long as they wanted the help. But If I were in your friends shoes I'd prefer to step up to the challenge myself.
