Yes, they do intentionally manipulate the algorithm that does the matchmaking. They created it, everything about this game is intentional, don't let them make you think otherwise. It's no coincidence that if you have a good game, you get crushed for 2-3 games. They even say as much 'we're breaking up these teams to find a better match'. What do you think that means?
