Remove 3oc in rise of iron
I think 3oc should be removed for roi, it takes away the excitement of completing a nightfall and now exotics are too accessible whether it be pve or pvp. If Bungie can remove reforging then I'm sure they can say goodbye to 3oc.

I do understand where you are coming from, but like the option of using 3oC. 3oC is hardly a guarantee of an exotic, but does provide an opportunity for getting one. And of course random can make it frustrating anyway. It would actually be nice if exotics felt a bit more "exotic" though. Even when I have accumulated all the exotics, many of them sit in my vault, because of Legendaries that are as good or better without use restrictions.

Hades no!! Keep 3oC!! Grinding sucks. It's not the introduction of 3oC that makes NF so bad. It's all the crap that was done to it all on its own. Besides you dont get a guaranteed exotic with 3oC anyways. So it should be a surprise to you to get one,

3oC are confirmed for Rise of Iron. You can always, idk, not use them also... And remember how much a pain in the ass waiting for xur to sell the weapon you want...

3oC ruined exotic drops in this game. Only a fool or a new player would disagree with that.

Yeah, no. Honestly RNG should only exist for Legendary and lower gear. Exotics should be quest-based so people actually know what you went through to get it. It really doesn't matter if you went flawless through a raid and it dropped Ghorn for you, you can make up whatever crazy story you want when RNG is in effect. You could have just as easily SmoggyPluto'd that Ghorn. So until RNG is gone and done, 3oC should exist.

I understand where you're coming from, nothing was better than getting an exotic from a post game reward in IB, Strike, Crucible match. It was more exciting, one thing I notice with 3oC's is the frustration of going 20 coins deep and getting ziltch.

Haha, I NEVER get exotics out of nightfall, CoE, Shaxx's bounty, or anything like that. Even with threes I've never gotten TLW. But if you enjoy that grind, just don't be any 3oC lol.

They shouldn't be removed, i don't really have to much say on the topic as i don't need to use them as I literally have every exotic In the game currently. However I see this topic a lot and if you don't want to use them and want to feel more of an accomplishment when you recieve and exotic; don't use 3oC. A lot of people use them cause they don't have the time to grind months for a single exotic.
