Yeah, I'm going to have to disagree.
Blink at this time is balanced. Blink is still a very powerful tool, and arguably one of the best jumps in the game if properly utilized.

Except it's really not. The recovery penalty + the slow weapon draw times + the obviousness of it + the cooldown just make it pointless to use. You're literally better off using glide or better control in 90% of situations

Been playing since year 1 remade all of my characters at least 4 times. If you are using blink on Arc blade at this point it's kind of a waste. Use the bones of eao exotic, with better control can work wonders in getting you out of sticky situations. Overall I believe this might be the best exotic for the hunter because it pairs well with all subclasses. Also if using void walker try using focused burst instead of blink. Try and sway out left to right while using to provide more speed, you gain more momentum this way also allowing you to strafe jump easier.

honestly i can do anything you can do with blink with my glide and more (sadly). it's not worth using due to the slow ready time the decrease travel distance and the recovery nerf, if you'd take away just one of those first two it'd probably become the best jump in the game again though, if you take away the recovery nerf you now have something that won't outright make you easier to kill after you try and escape but that's about it. i love using blink and even in pve i never really used anything else but right now i just can't get everywhere or do everything i can with glide anymore. ofc this is my opinion against yours and neither will outright win in an argument
