So let me get this straight... People who pay for ROI should get screwed out of being able to acquire new gear, play the new maps and modes that Iron Banner will have to offer, just so anybody who didn't buy the expansion can still play Iron Banner? Are you saying you want all the new stuff for free? Or that anybody who buys the new content should get screwed? You pay for access to their game, you get access to their game.
Welcome to the real world. If gaming is too expensive for you, find a new hobby.

None of the above. People should keep what they've had access to. Play IB at lvl 40 with other lvl 40s with no access to new endgame content.
-
You'd be losing since it is light level based. 385 vs 335. Sure maybe you'd get a few kills, but nowhere near enough.
-
Not if light lvl 335s played with 335s.
-
so what's the point? just go play the crucible playlist

What he's saying is that there should be a separate IB that is level 40 with 335 light, like it is now. Essentially wants 2 Iron Banners lol.

And you honestly think there is going to be a big enough player pool of people who didn't buy the expansion to actually make that feasible...? Cause I highly doubt it. Once again, welcome to the world of online gaming. This is an expanding game, it expands. You paid for access to the game, you didn't pay for the rights to own Iron Banner. I suggest you start reading the EULA's from now on when you first start playing a game.

It's that attitude of yours that allows businesses to shaft their customers.

Shafted? I've gotten more than my moneys worth from this game up to date. And guess what? I will get more than my moneys worth out of ROI as well. If you feel like you have been shafted by Bungie, by all means, feel free to speak with your wallet, as I will speak with mine. Good luck changing the standard of the gaming industry, I wish you the best of luck. Cheers, mate.

Just ignore him dude. I had a very similar discussion earlier this week on here about the same thing. I don't understand where these kids get off feeling so damn entitled to everything, but there's nothing we can do about it. It's as if, because the game didn't meet their puffed up, overzealous expectations, they feel they're owed free content.

Yeah, it's quite sad. People like to complain just for the sake of complaining these days.
