Full disclosure: I have my own raid team(s) to run the raid with and can raid virtually any time I want. I likely won't use the feature, especially if it is optional matchmaking. With that stated, I am all for anything that helps remove barriers to accessing content. Sure, it will not be a perfect solution, but nothing in Destiny will ever be perfect. It is a feature that I am sure will work for some, and it may even get more veteran raiders performing the roll of Sherpa for less experienced groups. Like and bump this post if you think Bungie is doing the right thing by considering matchmaking for raids!
