Game Content Transfer Not Working
I briefly had Destiny on the PS3 but started again on PS4 with new characters. I had to accept the game content transfer agreement, now I have a message saying "transferring game content..." and the download has been stuck on 0% over an hour (the total is 15.89GB).
Please respond as my game is unplayable until the download is complete. Thanks.
