Don't care for the try hards using snipers/scouts. At same time, it's there choice; maybe it's easier taking a bong hit way back with a sniper lol.
I myself, outside of banner bounties for special/ heavy, use only my zarnieae d auto 99.9% of the time. It is my close, medium , and long range weapon.
Unless the sniper is hiding to begin with, I have a 50/50 chance, and usually win against sniper. Then you have the true scrubs/try hards that set up 2 or more snipers. Yeah, that's sooo fun and skillful. Bet in sports those guys kept the Gatorade cups full.
Meta should be personal preference, not the easiest thing to win with imo. I used the hawkmoon in year 1, the TLW couldn't touch it, thorn was scared of it.
I say bring em all back, " out of the box" original, and let's have some fukin fun in banner again. Who cares if they die, your going to get rank 5 and your junk ass rewards
Edit: you guys don't want me using mida, lol. It is my fav wep. But 99% refuse to use in pvp. It's like cheating for me

The meta forms itself without regard to personal preferences. The meta is defined by the most effective weapons in each balance period. You can certainly use which ever gun you prefer. But if you care about competing at the highest levels, use the meta or die to it. Average players ending pubs should not concern themselves with the meta. In those cases it usually doesn't matter.

I do fine with my load out, refuse to use meta if it's sniper/scout. I'm better then that. I agree with what you said though, just have a different view. I'm not a try hard wanting to win every match, and before mentioned metas are for the kiddies etc. if your good and using the metas , I can't see how it's fun, not a challenge compared to having a load out that's different from everyone else. It's fun for me using an obscure auto rifle, sidearm/ telesto, lmg. I did grab the UR just to have though lol Thanx for reply guardian, til we meet on the bannerfield

I agree with you too. I don't always enjoy using meta weapons and I usually have success without them. See you in the crucible!
