The cabal are obviously psychotic when compared to humans they "destroy planets and moons for getting in their way"
The hive literally praise killing, they would destroy us simply for existing
The fallen can redeem themselves if they stop frolicking with siva n shyt
And the vex are sort of a wild card right now, if they gained knowledge of paracausal power from the black garden though...

Maybe the moons, but pretty sure it just means that they invade them if a plant attacks back. But who knows. Becuase the cabal just don't seem that powerfull.
