A deal That was at least until fall 2016
-
If its that a big of a deal and worth all this then wouldnt it be worth just buying a ps4 to get your measley exclusives your crying about? No? There not worth buying a new console for? If not then stop.. SERIOUSLY!!!!
-
1. Doesn't matter 2. No one has violated any contracts 3. Doesn't matter 4. Quit worrying about what other consoles have Because 5. It doesn't matter
-
If it is coming out of my pocket which it does then it does matter, unless your parents buy your stuff for you then you would not understand until you are older.
-
As in paying the same getting less? You realise sony has paid for these extra little pointless bits right? It's what they paid bungie for the exclusive rights nothing is out of our pockets in that regard
-
This is the dumbest argument. Sony paid to have TIMED exclusives for a year. All consumers of destiny for both consoles have paid for these TIMED exclusives. Xbox players have paid for these items and with bungie holding them back from us is ripping us off. We are getting less content for 2 years now for the same price as what PlayStation users pay. Just because Sony paid money for these TIMED items does not mean that Xbox doesn't deserve to get them as we are still paying for them.
-
Dude, odds are I'm older than your parents. And the fact is it doesn't come out of your pocket and never has. Sony paid for the exclusives. If they want to double down and make it forever it doesn't affect you in the least.
-
No, Sony paid for the TIME of the exclusives. Xbox and PlayStation consumers are both paying for the same items, PlayStation just gets them a year before Xbox. But now that they are withholding these items from Xbox, they are most decently getting ripped off.
-
Unbunch your panties; no one is getting ripped off. The point is, they paid for the exclusives. Whether they're exclusive for a year or forever is irrelevant. If you think you were promised something, look again; odds are the mistake is yours.
-
No they didn't pay for the exclusives. They paid for the time they would be exclusive.
-
And you not only have the detailed information needed to make that fine distinction, but also a reason you think the distinction is meaningful? Either way, no one is being cheated and you didn't pay for anything you're not getting.
-
Do you understand what a timed exclusive is. It's an exclusive for a certain amount of time. The items were released with the taken King for both consoles and are present on both consoles, however they are locked for a specific time in the Xbox. This means that we did indeed pay for these items, and would receive them at a later date, which was stated to be a year after their initial release.
-
The fact that it's there doesn't mean you paid for it. You need to take a basic econ class.
-
The exclusive items had always been advertised as timed exclusives that would release in Xbox a year later. This means that Xbox players still payed for those items m, just in advanced. If we don't get these items than that is a scam and false advertising as it has always been stated that Xbox would get these items and meow we are not.
-
Meow yourself? I think you'll find--if you actually check--that you weren't promised anything if the sort.
-
You're actually a dumbass. It is quite obvious that we paid for it. We paid the exact same price as lay station for the same amount of content, just that some of ours would be released at a later date. That's how it had always been. There is no scenario in which Xbox users did not pay for those items. If you can't understand this then you need to go back to 1st grade.

For at least a year. Unfortunately, this is how it has to be.
