Anyone have horrible Overwatch lag on consoles?
It's the laggiest game I've ever played in my life. I love this game but I can hardly play it. No other game lags for me like this. Is it blizzard or is my connection just trash or what? And the worst part is no one else mentions lag which leads me to believe I'm the only one. I'm on ps4 btw.

It has been fine for me up until this past week (ps4). It could just be my Internet, although I only get problems on Overwatch :/

2 RespuestasEditado por Murph Tha Smurf: 8/24/2016 11:49:52 AMI lag from 5-8 when my whole family of 5 is on the Internet (mostly my 5 year old sister watching other kids on YouTube play with dolls as she shovels chips into her mouth), but my internet speed peaks at about 1/3 of a mb download and 1/5 up. My friends have no issue with lag, and I don't any other time.

13 RespuestasYeah it's shit on console, still using the outdated 20Hz tickrate. It's 60Hz on PC. The game plays terrible on a good connection, favours high pings. It's so bad, that I'll will switch to Wi-Fi, when playing Overwatch. I still get 80Mbps download, 10Mbps upload over Wi-Fi. When I use my 360Mbps wired connection, get absolutely robbed. Shots don't register, killed behind cover, every scatter arrow kills me, one bullet deaths. Genji, Pharah are completely broken on console, have disoriented hitboxes. The devs only acknowledged these bugs a few days ago, the aim assist is broken. They're working on a fix, but the issues were brought up months ago.

None of my friends are having any issues either. This is on ps4. My other friends play on xbox, and they have no issues either. Blizzard is really good about keeping their games pretty lag free and patch up their servers often.

4 RespuestasIt's most likely you if is very constant lag. OverWatch is known for having extremely low lag, recently even said to have the most stable netcode out there.
