Destiny Collection Upgrade
I can't seem to buy the Collection Upgrade on the Xbox One. I purchased the Taken King on the 360 as well but it only says coming soon on the Xbox One store. I talked to Microsoft support and they don't know why I can't buy it even though I'm eligible.

1 RespuestaI've seen a lot of people with this problem (myself included). But, according to someone who talked to microsoft support, it seems to stem from an error in the requirements for the collection upgrade; That it requires the TTK license on Xbox One instead of the 360. Don't quote me on this, as I am yet to contact to microsoft myself to affirm the claim, but it does seem a possibility. Try talking to microsoft yourself, maybe you'll get a different story or a potential solution.
