2 RespuestasI don't feel the need to arm myself. That, however, doesn't mean I don't want to own a few guns

1 RespuestaEditado por Necrobump Ninja: 8/27/2016 11:40:42 AMIt's mainly the south. If you divide America up into sections you would notice many characteristics. The north east (from Illinois to the coast. New Jersey to Maine) is more European. Here is where the some of the smartest people in the world live and where some of the wealthiest and most developed areas are. The south, basically the states that made up the confederation, are more blue collar. In this area you will find some of the hardest working people ever. There still is a lot of intelligent people here but there's also a lot of morons who we label as "rednecks" Basically the entire middle of the US is no mans land and few people live there, except for farmers. Then you get to the Rockies and Yellowstone. This area is basically where the adventurers and tourists go. I is known for its amazing outdoor activities. Then you get to the desert... Basically what it sounds like. Hot and dry. Then there's Las Vegas in the middle of it. The west coast is divided into north and south. The north is much like the north east except on the north west. The other half of the west cost (aka California) is the weirdest place in the world. It is like nothing you've ever seen before and there is no place to describe it. Over 130 billionaires live there, more than any country except the entire US (600) and China (200). Silicon Valley is there. Hollywood is there. It's got the redwoods as well. That's just how I see the United States. I didn't spend much time on this so there is probably many many errors. These are also very broad generalisations. There is a lot more too it than this.

1 RespuestaWhy does every other country feel the need to not arm themselves?
-
Some claim it is because American men have considerably smaller penises than those of many other developed countries and that it's simply a matter of compensating.

2 RespuestasEditado por FireFaux487: 8/26/2016 2:58:05 PMBecause we have a culture of "justified" violence thanks to the left.

Our country was founded by people saying "-blam!- you" to a tyrannical form of leadership. We're simply honoring the Founding Fathers.
-
Well mostly...the original reason is in case the government became tyrannical. England is a monarchy and can run shit right.( Right? Idfk)

2 Respuestas"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." In other words the American people have the right to bear arms in the event that the government tries to over throw the people. The framers of the USA knew that a well armed people was and is necessary for freedom from an over powering government. That is why we feel the need to have guns or at least should be.

5 RespuestasI have no issue with owning a gun (pistol, rifle, shotgun). What I do not understand is the 'need' for a standard civilian / citizen to carry around a weapon in plain sight. It's almost more of a "don't mess with me, I'm a badass" fashion statement than it is anything else. Concealed carry is a mixed bag. I get where some people feel safer in certain areas, and may need to protect themselves in unavoidable circumstances. But it isn't the standard civilian / citizen carrying that I would be concerned about carrying. It's the criminals. Then again I do not live in an area where shootings or violent crime is prominent. Not once in my life have I ever felt that I was in a situation where I 'needed' a gun to protect myself. I have to believe most people are of the same thought process. If they are carrying, I am not aware of it. I'd rather not go into a mall or restaurant wondering if everybody there is carrying a gun. -An old American

4 RespuestasEditado por Vyrlenta: 8/25/2016 6:56:03 PMIdk they want safety but everyone has a gun so you aren't safe because they can be armed the whole time. So I have a gun hand and a minigun on my back for "safety".
