*Maya lands roughly on her side, feet swept out from under her. But recovers into a roll, dissipating into shadowy smoke that bursts out. She reappears twenty feet away, watching the swinging, interested. His blade visibly reacts to the hazy smoke, as if incompatible. The smoke clears in a semi circle before him, before slowly trying to recover the space it was beaten from*
[b]Fascinating. A powerful and quite a sentient sword you have there. [/b]

[u]Oh we are just getting started, I've got more tricks up my sleeve.[/u] [b]He releases the energy in his blade in a circle, creating a wave that goes out in a 360 degree around him[/b] [spoiler]Apologies, but it is about 6 am and I must get sleep, il reply again once I wake up[/spoiler]

*again, the presence of the shadow demons seperates the energy to flow around her and her blade, she begins chanting, the blade tilted up, brushin her lips. The chanting grows in intensity and coincidingly her seal flares up as if being tested to it's limits and beyond. Maya tilts her head back up and sword back down. Her eyes have glazed over in a deep black with a slight red hue* [b]I eagerly await your tricks boy.[/b] *the demons within her blade that have begun the process of possessing her even more so, influence her next words in order to garner a reaction out of their prey* [b]Maybe you'll be able to do now what you couldn't do for your family, you miserable whelp. Half demon. You belong no where. Will never be accepted![/b] *Maya regains control over her voice and offers an apologetic look before she wraps herself in the demons' power again.*

[u]Typical demon, that won't work.[/u] [b]He jumps up again and locates Maya, then throws his blade at her.[/b]

*the blade skimming above the smoke, thus missed by Maya who's eyes are closed, slams into her shoulder. No reaction but an angry stare. Tho when she attempts to lift her arm to pull it out. She finds it refuses to respond to her wanting it to move.* [b]Hmph. Looks like I'm gonna be doing this with one hand behind my back[/b]

[b]He lands and runs at her, going for his blade.[/b]

[b]He jumps over the attack, landing at his blade and pulling it out of the ground. He turns and runs at Maya, preparing to attack.[/b]

My relationship is starting to head for shambles and I'm doing my best to hold it all together[/spoiler] *She lifts her sword in her one good hand brings it up in a defensive stance.* [b]Come get me boy. Take what you desire, or try I mean. Try and be doomed to failure[/b] *Maya, using the speed granted by the demons, quickly reverts from defense to offense and slides forward on her knees and ass. Coming low and swinging her sword at your knees. While at the same time rolling over, readying to stand behind you when the slide finishes*

[spoiler]Well shit, as I say real life comes first. Need to talk to someone about it?[/spoiler] [b]His knees get sliced and he falls to the ground, the blood flowing into his blade.[/b] [u]Damn, now that hurt.[/u] [b]He flips and slashes, releasing a wave of energy.[/b]

But I'm gonna see where the dice land before that[/spoiler] *Maya, standing from the momentum of her slide attack, is not ready for the energy wave and is blasted backwards, slamming into the walls of the room. As before she doesn't feel the pain. But the jarring of the impact dazes Maya extremely.* [b]Ohhh. That wasn't so fun.[/b] *she begins to stand up, wobbly at first, but then falls forward to her knees. She looks up at you and laughs* [b]Raw power?[/b]

*Maya recovers from the swaying and dizziness and stands ready again in front of Rorek. Cursed blade outstretched in one hand, it's awful haunting moan ever ongoing* [b]Then do your worst halfer![/b] *Maya winces but again offers an apologetic grimace*

[b]He tisks as he gets up[/b] [u]Hmf, give me a reason too.[/u]

*Maya scoffs and rushes forward at an insane speed, powered by the demons hatred and power. She appears to be bullrushing him with the flat of her blade towards him. She stops instantaneously mere inches from his face* [b]You remember what you said? Dont underestimate.[/b] *you hear a *whump* behind Maya's legs. She kicks back behind her and another *whump* sounds behind you as you feel a foot kicking into your back*

[b]He flips into the snow, grinning as he gets up.[/b] [u]That all you got?[/u]

*he realizes he's talking to thin air as he looks up. Maya no where in sight. Only trace shadows wisping away in the air surrounding where she was. The sound of wind whistling past a fast falling object sounds above you. The point of a black blade pointing down at you* [b]No sirreee. I am in full control even with one hand. You don't stand a chance boy.[/b]

[b]He grins harder, his aura flaring up[/b] [u]Do it! You don't have the guts![/u]

*a hazy barrier begins to form a bowl like shape before her. As she falls the many lengths from the sky where she reappeared at, she picks up more and more speed. She comes down upon her opponent with a terrible ferocity, bringing her legs in under her body. Preparing not only for the attack, but also the tumble away upon impact.* [spoiler]The barrier from the sword will protect her from any major damage from landing[/spoiler]

[b]The blade pierces his chest, his aura spiking as the blood flows into his blade. It glows a bright dark red as his eyes close, and he falls to the ground.[/b]

*a loud boom resounds in the arena when Maya uses the hazy barrier to land and roll away. She gingerly stands upright. Glaring at Roreks body, wary of what will happen considering how easily he took the blow* [b]Just get up boy. I know you're not dead. No need for the theatrics. My blade also would've had a sated feel about it but it's only hungrier and angrier. [/b]

[b]A blood sphere envelops him, then the blood flows back into him, a bright flash blinding Maya.[/b]

*the bright flash washes away what's left of the hazy shadows filling the arena. Maya covers her eyes, slowly letting them readjust.* [b]Hmmm. So what have we here?[/b]

[b]Maya can see that Rorek's appearance has completely changed, along with his attitude. He is much more serious now. His hair has grown longer and turned silver, the wind blowing through it. He has also grown a foot taller, standing at 6'7. He sighs as he floats to the ground, griping his Greatsword with one hand, the other holding a helmet.[/b] [u]Now the true battle can begin.[/u] [b]He grips his blade with his other hand and slams his blade into the ground, sending a shockwave at Maya.[/b]

*Maya growls and sound a full circle, the tip of her blade starting to trace the circle into the ground, but at the end of the revolution, finishes pointing in the air. A spiral of cursed shadows appears as a wall around her. The blast hits the barrier and is funneled around and upwards.* [b]well well well. Is this who I think it is?[/b] *Maya leaps forward in a roll and comes up sword raised above her head, coming down in a heavy arc*

[b]He rises his blade, causing the two to clash. A shockwave is sent out as the two cursed ones fight for control.[/b] [u]Indeed, this is my true form. I can only enter this form once I've taken enough damage.[/u] [b]He steps forward, adding power to his strike.[/b]
