Compare 4 shots from TLW to ttk from any other handcannon which are 3 shot kills (head body body or head head body), my guess is 3 shots from other handcannons usually are faster and 3 shot kills with TLW don't occur that much

That's as maybe, but as stated it's still the quickest TTK behind UR. Granted it maybe rare, but it's the truth.
