These are all options, I think only one of them is needed to balance it: -increase flinch/randomize flinch -decrease movement speed especially when scoped -weapon sway -decrease body shot damage -reduce rate of fire -increase weapon swap time Having a 1 shot body kill is a much needed a nerf, as for your scope zoom nerf or aim down sights nerf, those are hardly nerfs in the slightest, any decent sniper will adjust to that in a week or two
