Training and Arena Preparation
[b]Hello Volunteers, My name is currently BT-7274, though I have gone by many names. I hope you had a good sleep last night. You hopefully couldn't feel the surgery we did. Your mind has been wiped of all skills and knowledge useful in the arena. All weapons or abilities you brought into this facility have been removed or rendered useless. Winners will receive both their memory and items at the end of the Games. Losers will have their items donated for study.
Some of you were dumb enough to volunteer for the Arena when you don't know what it's about. A year ago there was an explosion of Destiny posts in Offtopic, so many posts that the ninjas couldn't keep us safe. We managed to make a deal with the idiots. Every year we hold a Free for All with Users. They get to watch and we get peace.
Behind you is the GraveMind, it was built by the ancient Flood before they disappeared. It holds the knowledge of every living thing in existence. We have modified it and your brains, you can interface with it to learn new or old skills. You'll also learn much faster when using it. We also have the largest weapons facility in the world. You can request any weapon from the facility. That doesn't mean you'll get it however. Their is a large practice area nearby with targets and dummies. The week after training you'll have 2 days to show off what you learned and to choose what to bring in the arena.[/b]
You have 7 days and 7 nights to learn. This is not in real time. To show you how this works I'll give an example.
Bob's Training
Day 1: Novice - First Aid
Night 1: Adept - First Aid
Day 2: Novice - Assault Rifles
Night 2 - Novice - Hunting
Day 3 - R and R (Make sure to have energy during the games.)
Night 3 - R and R
Day 4: Adept - Assault Rifles
Night 4: Novice - Combat Knife
Day 5: Expert - Assault Rifles
Night 5 - R and R
Day 6: Adept - Hunting
Night 6: Novice - Martial Arts
Day 7: Master - Assault Rifle
Night 7: Novice - Explosives
Novice:
Means you know the basics of a skill.
Adept:
Means you know more advanced things about a skill. You also get better at the basics.
Expert:
You get better at the advanced stuff and master the basics.
Master:
You master the advanced stuff.
