I'm not really sure why some people have some ridiculous requirements just to raid. Certain gear/subclasses can make it easier, but is far from necessary to complete it. Black Spindle required for Warpriest? My team killed Warpriest day one of the raid and I had on a Fourth Horseman, and I bet some of the other guys in that weren't running the best gear, either. Need Touch of Malice for Oryx and Daughters? Hawkmoon served me just fine for my first completion. "Squeakers" are another one I don't get. While, yes, it may be annoying to some, my first hard mode completion had at least one and my raid run this week had around 2 or 3, and I wasn't too bothered. They're also people after all, and a slightly higher pitched voice isn't a great reason to exclude them from the most fun and rewarding content in Destiny. Also, inexperienced players aren't too much of a bother to me. I personally like knowing that I was part of the reason someone knows how to do a fight. It's just gratifying and seems like something Guardians should do for one another. Yes, some people just want to do speed runs, and that's understandable, but I wouldn't mind having a newbie in my raid team once and a while. So, what would my actual restrictions be? Be able to spawn in and don't shoot other people on the jumping puzzle constantly, I guess.

  • Squeakers are just incredably annoying once they get excited or annoyed, it takes their voice up to an almost unbearable tone. Ive had to take my mic off sometimes because a squeaker got so high

  • I understand that it can be frustrating, but I've just never really had that happen to me. Maybe I've just gotten lucky with the people I've ran into while playing

  • As long as squeakers dont sqeak to much and know what theyre doing, theyre fine in my books. If they squeak a lot, but know how to play, i probably wont have my mic on, but will still play unless it gets unbearable. If they dont know what to do, ill stay as long as they are willing to learn and dont mess the same thing up multiple times (not coming back at totems for example) if they both dont know what to do and squeak constently, then sorry, but youre kicked.
