I do the CHALLENGE/PRISON of ELDERS and dutifully complete both packages (weapon & armor) available from Variks every single week since the update. I say this with the utmost sincerity - WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???!!! ALL I've WANTED since the Sneak Peeks is the HAND of JUDGMENT! That's it! Just once!!! I'll even take the Soulstealer's Claw with a decent roll... Is there a certain way to equip items so that I will get this Scout? What am I missing? These Weapons were the ONLY LEGITIMATE attraction in the new update! It is not as if I have not put in the work. I rank up with House of Judgment approx. 2 out of every 3 weeks by doing ALL Prison of Elders activities whenever I have time to play Destiny... let alone ANY GAME out there! I have received the shotgun 5 times, the rocket launcher, the fusion rifle (x2), BOTH handcannons (x5), the Lethe Noblese Scout (x2 = both with awful rolls), the Soulstealer's Claw = awful roll, the Sniper Rifle (x2 = awful rolls), and other weapons that no one would use... Thank You So Much for Understanding How Incredibly Frustrating this Reward System has been. I Know not to expect anything from most activities - but to just continue to give loyal players the same crap over and over is a bit sadistic. ... Post Script - Tell the Vanguard/Crucible Reps to stop giving out armor under equipped light level when we rank up. At least give me a BADGER, or SHADOW PRICE, or a Scout with a Decent Roll... ANYTHING but more Armor!
