What a primary should be
Primaries are trash. Admit it.
I've used so many primaries but none can match up to secondaries. Heck, even a sidearm nearly outclasses my hawksaw.
When I do trials every once in awhile, I get hammered by shotgun rushers, quickscopes, dragscopes, noscopes, slide shotguns, everything except primaries.
90% of primaries are such shit hat they have no hope of competition with shotguns and snipers.
PRIMARIES NEED A BUFF bungie. All primaries should kill as fast as TLW does now or we'll be stuck in this metagame that bungie clearly expressed they didn't like in he April update.
The hawksaw, MIDA, grasp and TLW are not OP, they are examples of what a primary should be.
Bungie this game has become COD, the first strike kills. And everything has been destroyed by he nerf hammer so that people think that shoulder charge is OP. Everything has been needed so that I even have enough time to tank out primary damage while I charge up my susanoo.
Fix primaries bungie!!!!!!!!

4 RespuestasThis, and make Special Ammo SCARCE. I'm talking two crates, twice a match scarce; Special and Heavy need to create tempo swings in a match, not dominate it.

1 RespuestaYou say this game is becoming CoD and then ask for primaries to be just as fast as TLW, do you not see the irony in this. I have no problems with TLW and love me some hardcore ever now and then, but they need to be different and they are. Any high RoF or high impact scout can compete with snipers, high RoF autos and TLW for shotguns. I know these are special but when used correctly fusions and sidearms can be good against shotguns, not so much for snipers though. To remedy that I use my hand of judgment( HRoF pulse rifles too ) and continue to use the vacancy. With that said primaries are in a pretty good spot. Getting the jump on someone will always be favorable with practically any weapon. I hate nerfs too but I don't think we need faster TTK's. On a side note fusions are better than you think and work well against a lot of things, you just need to know how to use them.

They need to add more flinch to snipers in scope. Too many times I've used a scout rifle and hit someone in the head and they somehow hit me in the head. Aiming in this game is on head level too so more flinch should be added to that part of the body

I keep saying it. The awful TTK on primaries are the problem.

If all the guns killed as fast as "The Last Word" then I probably wouldn't play this game. Because being killed by a scout rifle in the same amount of time The Last Word kills (with headshots) would be a little upsurd. But I see where your point is heading.
