I am sick and tired of coming in to play some casual crucible and then getting matched up people who are drowning in sweat. I remember old crucible was pretty chill but now it's like I have to try at a competitive level in every simple control or clash match. Please just go back to the way it was before
/rant
Edit: I guess since I complained about how uber competitive it is I should just go to patrol or something. Those who have played other fps with ranked vs non-ranked will understand but just in case here is a potential solution: Just make trials constant. Also add a competitive 6v6 for trials tier loot. That way we can play crazy try hard when we want to but also keep a safe zone for casual pvp time too.

Oh! Destiny still uses the terrible ssbm system? I stopped playing this game shortly after the new matchmaking system was introduced. Was gonna check if it was worth playing again. Guess they will never fix it.. to bad, I absolutely loved this game before!
-
1 RespuestaI remember when you could join a match and start a dance party with the enemy in the middle of the map just to have it end when someone gets their super
-
It's cause this game is half dead. There are no casuals left playing. Only hardcores and try hard sweats are left when 70% of the player base has moved on to games that are actually fun.
-
Ye. This game used to be so casual that I'd get my lil bro to do my bounties. Din even know this game kept k/d till year 2.

1 RespuestaWhenever I see one of these posts, I know what it really means is, "I'm above average, and sometimes I want to just go stomp some noobs, but Bungie always makes me play against players as good as I am". Sorry, no sympathy.
-
1 RespuestaInagine having a high k/d and going in solo. I was sweating so hard yesteday that I didn't even need to take a shower.

3 RespuestasI don't know what to think anymore about matchmaking. One game I'm pretty dominant the next I'm getting completely wrecked. BTW that's totally fine, the variety is actually nice. The problem is long wait times, games in progress and invincible players are completely ruining my pvp experience. Out of 10 games of control last night 9 of them were games in progress. That's not fun. If I'm continually getting paired with the same people or games in progress something needs to change with how teammates are found for me. Is the pool of available players so small that I can't find 11 new people to play with? CBMM seems like a pretty good idea.

Bungie should play attention to overwatch. At least blizzard actually does patches that actually work and don't go overboard when it gets to nerfing like bungie. If bungie really wants this game to work then they have to do some research of making a successful game. They might have shined a year ago but overwatch is on top now

I agree. Every skirmish match I go into has a sweaty team of 3 camping their spawn sniping.
-
"Drowning in sweat" that made me laugh lol

7 RespuestasEditado por Kone19ps: 8/5/2016 7:25:45 PMYour stats are average sbmm is barely affecting you. The more solo you play the sweatier your matches will tend to be it seems for me. So grab a similar skilled friend and the matchmaking will pick you to fill in higher skill bracket games less. What we need are dedicated servers

5 RespuestasHappened today: Match 1: I get rekked 4 times without making a kill while really trying, I leave salty af. Match 2: I get 22 kills at a 2.0 k/d just running around like a headless chicken. I don't get it...

2 RespuestasI do agree and understand where you're coming from , I'm not a bad PvP player and I play it a lot, I enjoy a good hard fair game but destiny doesn't do that anymore... Don't get me wrong, I love a game that goes 10005/9950 that we win in clash, it's bloody fantastic, but then the next game you get a full team of 6 that stomp you 10000/2000. It's to the point where, you can't play destiny solo because you get severely dicked over by matchmaking. The freelance playlist simply didn't work, matchmaking times are awful you consistently join late games and lobbies are not full.

8 RespuestasSBMM is a big fat lie dude ((it's not like Bungie didn't lie before)) They implemented International match making because the player have greatly been reduced. If SBMM was a thing me 1.01 K/D should never face 2.5+ K/D with scarab emblem and a win rate of 80%+ and an ELO of 2000+ ((and I'm not talking about ToO)). SBMM doesn't exist you'll see when RoI release it'll be better and after a couple of weeks have past it'll be the same thing all over again.

8 RespuestasSmh. These people...it's a competitive game mode. PVP, by nature, is competitive. If you want to chill, go kill dregs on patrol...
-
There isnt a ranked and unranked crucible to begin with. You can get match made with anyone. Its not like Rainbow 6 with casual and ranked. Which has clear skill variables such as teammates killing eachother in the beginning, teammates walking in front of you when you shoot. Teammates getting scared when their own teammate walks in front of them and starts shooting. And lastly. The idiots who go around with laser sights on their gun giving away everyones position. Destiny is nowhere near R6 in terms of high competition.
-
So you want to win easily? Is that your definition of fun?
-
3 RespuestasIn pretty sure crucible is meant to be competitive bro
-
4 Respuestas... So you want to never be paired against good players? Sounds like you want SBMM.

Play mayhem

22 RespuestasThis push to act like its a competitive play list is annoying and unfun. It used to be bearable as its for poultry rewards but as it is its not fun. Sweaty games are great for IB but the normal play lists should be fun.
-
9 RespuestasUmm it's a competitive multiplayer game mode...🤔

1 RespuestaIt's funny, I see the complete opposite. Played some crucible last night with a friend and we crushed one team in rift, only to be beaten black and blue by the next team. It seems to me that the SBMM is hit or miss when actually having a basis in reality. The wild swing in opponents skill difference is the norm when I play.
-
2 RespuestasWould be nice! I play the crucible casually.. but the majority of the time it seems people play it like its Trials.. I also play solo quite often and it sucks constantly playing against a team.. I wish there was a solo version of the crucible.. Id happily play skirmish almost all the time if I could avoid team play.

I agree. Enough already!!!
