A friend of mine got banned form playing PVP for 2 months for no reason. He wasnt lagging or doing anything wrong but yet got banned. Can anyone tell me how you can get unbanned and why he got banned?

If your friend has received a message referencing a restriction or a ban, they will have temporarily or permanently lost access to specific activities within Destiny. If their message references a restriction, they will have temporarily lost access to the specific in-game activity. If their message references a ban, they have permanently lost access to that specific in-game activity. There are no options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Editado por KannibalKlown: 8/4/2016 1:14:40 PMBungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. It's their policy. Firstly, restrictions are short-term and bans are long term. So if it game him a time limit, then he's restricted. Secondly. the NORMAL amounts are 1-2 weeks for regular crucible and 1-2 months for TRIALS. So chances are he's only blocked from TRIALS for 2 months but can play regular crucible sooner. Probably. Thirdly, as for reason... there are multiple possibilities. As of 1-2 months ago, Bungie started officially restricting people with historic lag / red-barring as a kick in the pants to get people to try improving their networking situation (wifi / router settings / etc.). This is on top of the normal reasons, such as suspicious activity in trials and what-not.
