Rise of iron next gen only
Not sure why this would happen, I can understand having only next gen when you make a new game like destiny 2, but leaving behind last gen gamers for rise of iron, an EXPANSION??? That is bullshit, I payed my money for the game and I should get to enjoy it in full. SMH.

I can't enjoy it as much with them still held back. I need vault space, and less load times. You can still enjoy playing Destiny, just not competitively, or any of the new stuff.

Then you could buy TDB, HoW, and TTK, and you can play those in full. Since you don't own RoI, then you didn't pay for it and thus, have been able to play in full that which you bought. GTA 5 stopped online support/inclusion for old gen shortly after current gen became available. This ain't nothing new, so why cry about it now? And you can get a current gen relatively cheap and it'll be cheaper when xbox one slim and ps4 neo comes out. First off, next gen isn't out yet. If you mean XB1 and PS4, those are CURRENT GEN. They've been out for 3 years! Second, unless you pre-ordered Rise of Iron on a console you do not even own, then Bungie owes you NOTHING. What you have paid for so far was vanilla Destiny, Dark Below, House of Wolves, and Taken King. You are still able to access all content that came with Destiny and each of those DLCs. You ARE enjoying it in full.

1 RespuestaYou would understand if you compared the gameplay on old vs new consoles. I switched from ps3 to ps4 when Ttk came. It dropped for me then, Destiny should have never been released on old gen consoles. The game play is like night and day, load times, detail... Everything. Old gen does not justify Destiny to be honest.

1 RespuestaI'm sorry to have to tell you this but bungie did mention that Xbox 360 and ps3 could not handle the changes being implemented. So why should the 80% of the player base that has upgraded have to suffer because you want to stay in a legacy console(either you can't afford it or don't care enough)

2 RespuestasI've pointed this out on other posts on this topic, and I'll do it again. [i]The PS3 and Xbox 360 are older than iPhones and the Android OS[/i]. That is drastically old technology. Are you currently using a decade old cell phone? I highly doubt it. Why is this any different?

I find it absurd to see people complaining that they're being asked to upgrade for an amount that could have been managed with very little short-term impact in the time it's taken them.

I play on ps3 and the game runs like crap. Can't wait to upgrade so I can play the game like it's suppose to be played. Yea it sucks to spend money, but old gen has had a great run. Time to move up and on !!!

Also, this thread has been done a thousand times since they announced they were dropping 360/Ps3. Honestly, Destiny probably should've been current gen only to start with.

If I had known bungie would start on current gen dlc already I wouldn't have bought any dlc at all. But looks like they f***ed me, big time.
