The chopper begins to lift and hover above the ground for about 15sec. [b][u]If the world is round and spinning, why doesnt the ground rotate beneath the chopper at 1000mph, the supposed speed of the round earth's rotation? Why didn't trees slam into the aircraft as it hovered there, as they would be connected to the spinning earth?
