Today !!
At the reef Xur is selling them.
The above video is one my buddy makes and he's doing daily Destiny stuff with YouTube and streaming. He's learning that computer stuff and getting better each vid.
I'm trying to help him and send some folks his way that would enjoy his stuff.

Also sorry about year 1 version, I think IF you buy a year two version it will unlock the year 1 version at the Tower in the blueprints kiosk.

I really thought it went both ways. That doesn't make sense. If you have a year two it won't unlock year one?? Then it would impossible to get a year one. You would have to go into VoG or Crota for year one exotics BUT those don't drop armor at any good rates. Almost think they ONLY drop weapons. And all strikes and crucible have been updated. I'm pretty sure it will unlock both ways. Maybe he can but then today and let us know. Because Xur doesn't sell year one armor engrams any more. Only year one WEAPON engrams.
