Except he isn't. Me and my two friends all over 330 light flight him. Took us about 10 minutes to kill him. Although at one point we tried to run him over with a sparrow. And then tried to kill him with a sparrow.

They had to have nerfed him, i watched videos and people barely can kill him with ghorn, but i killed him 2-4 hand cannon shots

It's RNG. Sometimes he has low health (this is NOT Randal.) Sometimes he just happens to be OP (That's Randal.) They didnt nerf him. He just isnt always op for some reason
