When the Reactive Reload is juuust right
So this week, I got my first weapon drop from a Rank 5 package. I've always dropped armor every IB.
I got a Finnala's Peril with Outlaw, Rifled Barrel, and Reactive Reload. Chaining the Reactive Reload can get a little bit ridiculous.
