Ok so experience has nothing to do with it huh, I will respect your nerf herding opinion because from your stats you have experience playing pvp in destiny. So I hope u respect mine as well. Yes stats do matter, if someone has less than 10k kills on their whole account they have not tried enough weapons, spent enough time on the maps, or practiced enough to say anything needs a nerf. It's lazy ppl like that, that instead of putting time to get better they whine and hope for their participation trophy. That's like a rookie in baseball saying that the pitchers mound should be moved back farther because they can hit a 100 mph fastball.
