Only problem is, Siva requires a mind to control it. Siva was perfectly safe until the Iron Lords tried to use it. They hinted it may have been something Saladin had done. Now the Fallen have found it and attached something of their own to it. Whether that still includes whatever the Iron Lords did is unknown.
