Iron Banner being Iron Banner apparently
I dont know if it was just me not being that interested in it this time around or it just sucked major arse this time around. Seemed to be more bs than usual.

7 RespuestasThere seems to be some sort of hidden hand that determines 1v1 outcomes.. it just felt..easier if I had a strong momentum going to get kills. I noticed that shots would melt shields for me quicker than usual and there were more than enough situations where I said outloud I should have lost that fight. Conversely, if I sucked and couldn't get a rhythm going it was easier to stay in that bs. Shots would magically 2 shot kill me or my radar would stop working or my shotgun just wouldn't kill someone unless I was grabbing their ass. If you ask me this pvp has too many factors that go into this unbalanced mode that make the bs factor exponentially high. It's just downright too punishing for it to be consistently fun.

IB control is complete cancer already, but combining it with Destiny's new matchmaking settings just makes it even worse. Here is just a list of problems I ran in to: -Joining games that are either almost over or where 3-5 other players were booted midway. I would say they quit, but sometimes I wound up on the winning team. -Firing at enemies and doing a few ticks of damage then it show "immune" several time afterward. One particularly nasty time was when I shot a play who was literately right in from of me with a shotgun only for every pellet to come up immune. -Teleporting enemies, and no I don't mean the ones using blink. This would also happen when everyone was green, so either the connection to servers is just that bad or some bars are being painted green. -Starting matches with incomplete teams, if the other team was a full team the team I was placed on would start with 2-4 member VS 6. This wouldn't be a problem just starting out, but this would last [b]UNTIL HEAVY AMMO WAS SPAWNING[/b], and even worse still it would sometimes [b]LAST THE ENTIRE MATCH![/b]

Weapon drops were laughable on both consoles in matches I was involved in. I took 6 characters to Rank 5 and played each beyond that. Got 1 sniper and 1 pulse total between all characters. Mainly got gloves and boots that I didn't need. Bought the vendor weapons. Worst I've been part of for drops but I had a great time.

2 RespuestasRewards were good and I ran into very little lag. Only down side I saw was really bad match making! One lop sided match after another. Players with 20 30 kills and others with 1 or two. Looks like they switched back to cbmm and their match making on top of that couldn't handle it. I'm guessing a lot of lowest skilled players aren't coming back next time

it was feast or famine for me. .3 k/d one match and then the very next would be 3.0. Did get a great roll pulse though.

The lag was pretty bad this time around. I only played just for fun but once I got all my characters to rank 5, I lost interest.

Only got one character to Rank 5 this time round, every single match there was at least one red bar warrior on each team, utter shit 😁😞

I'd actually agree. Don't know why but I found it nearly impossible to win matches this time even when I was top or near top of my team. (Though due to using some different builds I also had some horrendous matches but I can accept that) There seemed to be s huge increase in people not playing the objective which I've never really been unlucky to come across anywhere near as much. Add to that in getting 6 characters to rank 5 I never got one primary drop. Sad times.

Yes. A lot of wild swings in damage register. The wheel of damage was in effect. Fire Teams selected in Orbit...the wheel spins to decide which side will have the damage buff or nerf for the round.

Got some good drops, but had some weird stuff going on with the radar not working right, and the "damage referee"must have been officiating the matches. Some matches I'd melt opponents, then next match I'd pull out a .3kd. (Solid .9 to 1.1 average) just seemed off.

2 RespuestasSure did because of cheating players and red bar players! So sick of unloading clips in heads and no kill then getting shot twice and dying. Same thing with supers, so many red bar players this time that walk right through a super and kill me with one shot.

Nah, they've all been crap. The very first one had a level 4 running around, destroying everyone. The rewards have improved for sure, but PVP has always been a dumpster in this game. Only grown worse over time.
