Titan Skating Isn't Op And It Should Not Be Nerfed
It isn't tbh.
I had another post regarding this and SC but it was taken down for being "disrespectful" or some crap. I'm too lazy to retype everything so I made it short and simple.

Just make it so increased control takes 2 armor away so if titans want mobility they can't be a tank smh.

18 RespuestasAll this games problem reduce to one single issue: Primary weapons kill to slowly. People are frustrated with Titan skating because none of the games primaries can kill fast enough to keep a good one from closing..,and that Titan winds up with a huge positional and class ability advantage once he's in shotgun range. I've had Defenders with FB proc'ed take a full shotgun blast from Party Crasher at point blank...and it not even take his overshield down while my Warlock is dead on the ground. All these problems are because Bungie insists on a slow primary weapon TTK with a weapon system that is not compatible with it. So you have all these problems with special weapon spam and movement abilities that can overwhelm the games primary weapons. Something needs to change cause the situation is just getting silly now.

I used to main warlocks now I main Sunbreaker and I'm enjoying Titan skating I can close the distance between me and a sniper in a short time. Pls Bungo don't nerf it.

3 RespuestasThe only problem with Titan Skating is that it makes Titans the most Agile class in the game. Pair that with Armor builds and it's at a complete advantage. I will say, the armor stat does almost nothing, but there is no reason that Titans should be faster than Hunters without an agility build. It also makes Catapult completely useless. You are faster with Control and have BETTER CONTROL. Warlocks have Burst Glide but it's limited to only one direction. It really doesn't make a difference in Crucible, it just doesn't make any sense. Titans are the Tank Class and the Speed Class. Warlocks are the Recovery Class. Hunters are nothing. I would say just take away the added burst with Control but increase the base Agility of Titans by 2. That would compensate for it. It would also make Catapult useful again and would put Control back in line with the other classes. Hunters Control doesn't add a boost to agility nor does Warlocks.

Titans are already super strong. Just leave them as they are. It's a fun challenge to take down a sunbreaker

9 RespuestasIt's only seen as OP because everything else was nerfed to the ground. There's always exceptions, but in this case it's not really OP, it's just unnerfed. I think it's fine. Titan skating on the other hand? That's not OP either, but it's also not an intended function. It's a blatant exploit, and with that in mind I feel it should he taken away or nerfed out of principle. Not real issue with it, just seems stupid that most other class exploits have been nerfed but they leave the titan's alone. If not stopping the nerfs, at least make them fair and equal to all classes and weapons.

4 RespuestasBump The speed of titan skate sacrifices all directional control. If you get killed by skating shotgunner, it's a you thing.
