I have never touched overwatch, but i heard about their temporary no level up rule. I think that's a GREAT idea. Except destiny should use a temp ban of at least 30 minutes of no crucible. Do it twice in one day? 1 hour ban. Three times? No crucible until tomorrow.

Quit and be put on temp ban. If I get put mid match, which I did like 3 times in a row, I stick it out. Rewards are the same whether you win or lose. Making it to rank 5 "quickly" is of little concern.

Getting put in midgame gets you to the reward screen faster than joining from beginning. So there are pros and cons to that. Not having a team member join you when you're low on teammattes, will make you look MLG as hell if you win. Also, this usually leads to ending sooner, therefore, quicker rewards screen quicker. For those looking to just level up, either this is your first game or you shoudl stop leaving and rejoining lobbies. If you stuck around more often, you'd never see a new match that has been going on for awhile
