Agree. Complicated or not. Being in project management myself, there should have been testing validation occurring during the maintenance period. Whoever did or was supposed to do that exercise either missed the target or something has not refreshed correctly after the maintenance patch was applied and released from safe mode in the developer speak to the public. The simple fix for the customer is to extend IB the number of DAYS necessary to have the full event and this would be fair to the customer given the poor experience and decision made during a major gaming event which many players like myself count on to continue to level up gear as they cannot get enough players to do the court of oryx or hard raid otherwise. They also need to just give everyone a free 335 artifact as this piece of gear is the hardest gear garbage borderline on uselessness other than to get to 335 in the game. IE: For each character you have up to three, go to the postmaster and voila there is your free 335 artifact. We have dealt with this poor type of execution enough. We have paid for and deserve better experiences when solo or able to play with friends who have done the same.
