the real problem is that with every fight but warpriest there is literally 0 room for error during any part of any of the fights in kings fall.
the crota fight had this same problem and was the worst part of the raid because of it.
i mean i am fine with requiring very well timed execution for a boss, i mean c'mon, asking 6 people (not all of which may have 0 lag, 0 technical issues, or 0 distractions) to flawless execute a annoyingly long sequence of events 2 - 5 times without the slightly issue on any of the phases or its a page 1 rewrite of the whole encounter is a bit much.

False about crota, its just that everyone relied on 1 sword bearer so everyone would wipe. Oversoul can be taken down, another sword bearer can then finish it, but no one one can be bothered to do that. "Sword guy died, Wipe! Why are you shooting at over soul, its pointless!!"

well with corta its more like you don't have the time to recover, especially in hard, because of the insane boss enrage timer and the cycle timings being so fast. but i should have clarified that, my mistake. but still, having 0 room for error like that in a boss fight becomes more annoying than anything else.

Thing of it as a really situation Could you kill an ascendant hive without perfect execution?

Flawless execution has been a raid trait since raiding was a thing in video games. It's a test of skill.

Editado por Mar: 7/16/2016 5:50:04 PMyes i know, been raiding for quite a long while now. but requiring it with 0 room for error is more annoying than anything, by the time you actually do it (especially in KF) you've wiped what feels like 20 or more times to 1 very small problem (lag, technical issues, simple mistiming 1 jump in the last 3.9/4ths of the fight, etc.) to the point that it stops being fun and becomes more of a chore, it would honestly be more of a test of skill if you could recover from said mistake/s and still defeat the boss than to have to do a hard restart after each small inconsequential screw up. WoW raids are a prime example, if a raid in that game (and similar games) cause a group wipe when 1 person died that would be insanity and no one would continue at it for as long as they have. room for error is a must considering the people playing are not perfect and can never be perfect 100% of the time every time.
