Decided to give halo 5 another shot
And halfway through my first warzone firefight I get disconnected, can't access req store, and as soon as I hope into another game I get black screened: I couldn't see a damn thing but I heard and felt my gun shoot and my boosters vibrate but the screen was black... Thanks for -blam!-ing over my favorite franchise 343, nothing's changed since I played in October as I see it. Anybody else still putting up with this shit out there? Is this normal or just my bad luck curse?

100 RespuestasNever had that issue but the guns just didn't work when I played. Hitboxes are broken too

I think you just have bad connection regardless of how good or bad Halo 5 is

I haven't had any issues at all. Warzone Firefight is fun, but difficult.

4 RespuestasI've never been disconnected in Halo 5. I just moved on to different genres. Shooters don't do it for me much anymore.

Yeah halo 5 is fun when it's not bugging out on you. I was playing last night and got randomly disconnected right after I spawned my last tank. So I just got off. And I know it wasn't my fault because my xbox was fine, my skype call was having zero issues and no one else in my house was having internet issues. I also deal with the "retrieving data" annoyance at least once or twice a week forcing me to relaunch my halo 5. I actually encountered that mid match once. I couldn't purchase any req's for the rest of the match. We still won because I was running with a few mates but I still hated it. Would've reported it too but I'm banned forever on the waypoint forums because the people they chose as mods are highly biased. I'll probably play some halo 5 again tonight. Since they are taking steps to make firefight better.

Seems bad luck dude. I tend to disagree with the popular opinion and really like halo 5, and certainly have never had any problems like that. The only reason I don't play that often is I'm the only one out of my friends that plays it. I've been playing the new mode though it's really fun. Give it another go dude new mode is worth it.

9 RespuestasThe last update is pure jank. If your reqs won't load you have to restart the console for some reason. Gameplay is crisp af in warzone though, bur WZFF is unfun if you don't have a communicating team

Do a hard reset and the game will work fine.

I never had any problems in halo 5 besides being a YUGE noob and getting tea bagged a -blam!- ton. The game has always ran smooth for me tho

The REQ thing happens every so often and makes a game miserable but usually corrects itself after the game. And never seen a black screen and it's pretty much the only game I play

It's sounds like you have shitty Internet or a corrupt download. That has not happened to me

Sounds like you gave up at the first sign of trouble. If I hoped into a game I wouldn't leave if I got discounted, Id just keep trying till I can play for some time.

had a lot of glitches after firefight update, invisible reqs, every new req was "baddisprops" description, go into mp, and wait forever. uninstalled and reinstalled, everything is silky smooth now.

I haven't ever had too many technical issues with Halo 5. I still try MCC about once a month though and it continues to be totally buttf[b]u[/b]cked, despite the one or two people on this forum that swear up and down the game is now flawless and anyone with issues is making it up. 343 can suck my nuts.

Had a similar experience this morning, all of the players in the game including myself were unable to access our reqs during the firefight match. Was a bit frustrating as it basically meant we had no chance of winning the game. Second general complaint is how squishy the Spartans are, it really just feels more like we're odsts

I understand your feeling. Had the same issue with Halo 4. I tired giving it another shot but I could take it.
